| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou speciálního pedagoga ve školách při inkluzivním vzdělávání dětí, žáků a studentů se zdravotním postižením.
Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat a specifikovat úlohu speciálního pedagoga při inkluzivním vzdělávání a tím zdůraznit význam profese speciálního pedagoga.
V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabývám pojmy integrace a inkluze. Je zde popsána historie integrace a její podoba v dokumentech. Dále je v práci charakterizován proces inkluzivního vzdělávání a různá zdravotní postižení a jejich specifika. Také poradenská zařízení a služby pro jedince se zdravotním postižením.
V praktické části jsem k výzkumu použila metodu zúčastněného pozorování. Pomocí této metody jsem sledovala činnosti speciálního pedagoga ve škole při inkluzivním vzdělávání. Dále jsem použila metodu strukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogy a rodiči integrovaných dětí/žáků.
Kontaktovala jsem Speciálně pedagogická centra a Pedagogicko-psychologickou poradnu. Se speciálními pedagogy jsem navštívila dvě mateřské a jednu základní školu. Pokaždé se jednalo o dítě/žáka s různým typem zdravotního postižení.
Z výsledků je patrné, že speciální pedagog má při inkluzivním vzdělávání dětí/žáků významnou úlohu. Důležité jsou kladné vztahy speciálního pedagoga a dítěte/žáka se zdravotním postižením, pedagoga a rodiče integrovaných dětí/žáků. Z přístupu speciálního pedagoga je zřejmý komplexní přístup k integrovanému dítěti/žáku. Speciální pedagog má úlohu i jakéhosi prostředníka při integraci dítěte. Informuje a názorně pedagogům i asistentům pedagoga pracujícím s integrovanými dětmi/žáky prezentuje, jak postupovat. Profese speciálního pedagoga je proto důležitá a obtížně zastupitelná.
Práce může být přínosem pro studenty, kteří se zajímají o tuto problematiku. Dále pro školy, kde je anebo bude inkluzivní vzdělávání realizováno. Může být přínosná i pro rodiče dětí/žáků se zdravotním postižením. | cze |

The aim of this thesis was to focus on the role of a special education teacher in inclusive education. It explains and emphasize the importance of this profession.
The theoretical framework defines the concept of integration and inclusion. It describes the history of integration and its existence in documents. The process of inclusive education is analyzed with respect to different special needs. Educational consultancy facilities and consulting services for individuals with disabilities are also mentioned.
The practical part investigates teacher?s activities and responsibilities in inclusive education. The method of participant observation and structured interviews with teachers and parents of integrated children (pupils) were used.
Special Education Centre and Pedagogical-Psychological Counselling were contacted. Two nursery schools and an elementary school were visited by the author of this thesis (along with special teachers). Children with different dissabilities were observed.
Finally, the thesis presents the research results: A great importance of a special teacher?s role in inclusive education is blatantly obvious. Positive relationships among a special teacher, a child, a teacher and child?s parents are essential. A comprehensive approach to an integrated child is apparent: a special teacher is a kind of mediator during an integration. He informs and presents the process and procedure of all activities to teachers and teaching assistants. Therefore, his profession is extremely important and almost indispensable.
The thesis can contribute to all the students who are interested in this issue. It can also help the schools with inclusive education. Last, but not least, parents of
children with special educational needs (SEN) find many answers for their questions here. | eng |
