| dc.description.abstract | Integrovaný záchranný systém (výukový program)
V legislativě České republiky existuje řada zákonů, vyhlášek, nařízení a dalších právních norem, které popisují funkci integrovaného záchranného systému. Právní podklady k této problematice znesnadňují výuku začínajících studentů vzhledem ke svému obsáhlému rozsahu a odkazování v rámci těchto předpisů. Zároveň dochází k rozvoji technických prostředků, jež umožňují modernizovat výuku, a tudíž je možné vytvářet např. e-learningové programy. Ty pak zkvalitňují a doplňují didaktické pomůcky sloužící pro usnadnění výuky a podporu studia studentů.
Tato práce vytváří základ pro takový výukový program. Zabývá se hlavními informacemi z oblasti integrovaného záchranného systému, jeho základními a ostatními složkami, operačními a informačními středisky integrovaného záchranného systému, veřejnou správou, koordinací v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému a činností právnických a fyzických osob v této oblasti a dalšími opatřeními. Tyto vybrané informace získané prostřednictvím sběru dat budou prostřednictvím e-learningového prostředí Moodle poskytnuty studentům pro začátek jejich studia a tím usnadní jejich orientaci v tomto prostředí. Spolu s těmito informacemi bude uveřejněn seznam právních předpisů ? zákonů, vyhlášek, norem ? týkajících se bezprostředně oblasti integrovaného záchranného systému.
Vzhledem k tomu, že program bude sloužit především pro samostudium, bude každá kapitola obsahovat kontrolní otázky a na závěr budou mít studenti možnost vyplnit test a tím ověřit své znalosti. | cze |

The law of the Czech Republic comprises a number of acts, decrees, orders and other legal regulations which describe the function of the integrated rescue system. The legal source materials concerning this issue complicate the instruction of students - beginners due to their extensive scope and referencing within the framework of these legal regulations. On the other hand, there is a fast development of technical means which enable to bring the instruction up to date and to create, for example, e-learning programs. Such programs improve the quality and complete the didactic aids serving for facilitation of the instruction and providing the students with support within the framework of their studies.
This thesis creates a basis for such an educational program. It deals with fundamental information concerning the area of the integrated rescue system, its basic as well as other components, the operations and information centres of the integrated rescue system, the public administration, coordination within the framework of the integrated rescue system and the activity of legal entities and natural persons in this area and with other procedures. Such selected information acquired by means of data collection will be provided to students through the Moodle e-learning environment to help them start their studies and to facilitate their navigation in this environment. Together with such information, a list of legal regulations - acts, decrees, standards - concerning directly the area of the integrated rescue system will be provided.
With respect to the fact that the program will serve in particular for the purpose of self-study, each chapter will contain check questions and at the end the student will have the opportunity to undergo a test and to verify their knowledge. | eng |
