| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem praktické výuky oboru Všeobecná sestra na nástup do zaměstnání a další budoucí zaměření. Všeobecné sestry se vzdělávají ve tříletých vzdělávacích programech v souladu s vyhláškou č. 39/2005. Příprava se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část činí 2 300 hodin, tedy polovinu z celkových 4 600 hodin. Odborná praxe je předmět, který studentům zajišťuje dovednosti a znalosti. Zdokonalují si svou zručnost a návyky. Aplikují poznatky získané během teoretické části výuky.Teoretická část je členěna do 5 úseků. První část se týká ošetřovatelství jako takového a jeho historie. Druhá část je o tom, kdo vlastně je všeobecná sestra, jaké má role a kompetence. Třetí část je věnována vzdělávání všeobecných sester. Čtvrtá část se zabývá oblastmi praktické výuky, pracovišti odborné praxe, dále pak povinnostmi studenta oboru všeobecná sestra vzhledem k praktické výuce. a three-year training programs in accordance with the public notice number 39/2005. Program is divided into theoretical part and practical part. Practical part is 2 300 hours, so half of the total 4 600 hours. Professional practice is a subject that provides students with skills and knowledge. Students improve their skills and habits. They apply the knowledge gained during the theoretical part of education.
Theoretical part is divided into 5 sections. The first part relates to nursing and its history. The second part is about who is actually nurse, what are her roles and responsibilities. The third part is devoted training nurses. The fourth part is concerned with the practical teaching areas, the work of professional practice, and the responsibilities of the student nurse the field due to the practical teaching.
