| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá specifickou skupinou těhotných žen a matek, užívajících návykové látky. Podrobněji se věnuje vlivu drog v těhotenství na matku a její plod. Svůj prostor zde dostávají i sociální aspekty uvedené problematiky.
Další oblastí mého zájmu jsou především specifika léčby žen, která jsou spolu se základními termíny a aspekty problematiky drogových závislostí popsány v teoretické části práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je zmapovat zdravotní a sociální aspekty nadužívání psychoaktivních látek u specifické skupiny těhotných žen a matek s dětmi v TK Karlov.
Ke sběru dat byla použita kvalitativní metoda, technika semistrukturovaných rozhovorů, jež byly zaznamenávány na zvukové medium a poté dále zpracovány. Očekávám, že má práce bude přínosem, jelikož konkrétních studií na toto specifické téma je zatím velmi málo. Předpokládám, že by mohla být východiskem například pro další vzdělávání profesionálů v oblasti protidrogových služeb, pracovníků kontaktních center, sociálních pracovníků, terapeutů atp. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with a specific group of pregnant women and mothers abusing addictive substances. It focuses in detail on the effects of drugs on a mother and her fetus during pregnancy. The social aspects of this issue are targeted as well.
Another area of my interest are the specifics of treating those women as described in the theoretic section of my thesis together with the basic terms and aspects of the drug abuse topic. The practical section is focused on a qualitative research that aims to map the health and social aspects of abuse of psychoactive substances by a specific group of pregnant women and mothers with children in Therapeutic Community Karlov.
The data was collected using the qualitative method, the technique of semi-structured interviews that were audio-recorded and then processed. I expect my thesis to be quite useful as there are only few studies targeting this specific topic. I suppose it could serve as basis for further education of professionals in the field of antidrug services, employees of contact centers, social workers and therapists etc. | eng |
