| dc.description.abstract | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je naplňování vybraných standardů kvality sociálních služeb z pohledu uživatelů v domě s pečovatelskou službou. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy z oblasti sociálních služeb se zaměřením na seniory, které se vztahují ke standardům kvality sociálních služeb ? seniorský věk, potřeba, kvalita života, sociální služba, standardy kvality, Dům s pečovatelskou službou Dačice. Cílem práce bylo zmapování naplňování standardů kvality sociálních služeb a jejich realizaci v domě s pečovatelskou službou z pohledu seniorů. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit naplňování standardů kvality sociálních služeb z pohledu uživatelů dané služby a zároveň zjistit možnosti návaznosti dané sociální služby na běžně dostupné zdroje veřejné pomoci. Byla stanovena hypotéza. K dosažení cílů a ověření platnosti hypotézy byla zvolena forma kvantitativního výzkumu, metoda dotazování, technika řízeného rozhovoru. Dále byla využita metoda sekundární analýzy dokumentů, sekundární analýza vnitřních předpisů. Výzkumným souborem byli všichni uživatelé domu s pečovatelskou službou v Dačicích.
Po zhodnocení výsledků výzkumu se domnívám, že cíle byly splněny a hypotéza nebyla potvrzena. V Domě s pečovatelskou službou v Dačicích nejsou z pohledu seniorů vybrané standardy sociálních služeb naplňovány. Bakalářská práce může poskytnout domu s pečovatelskou službou evaluaci poskytování služby a zároveň může sloužit veřejnosti při rozhodování o výběru poskytovatele sociálních služeb. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of Bachelor's thesis is the fulfilment of selected standards of quality for social services from the point of view of its users in nursing home. The theoretical part contains definitions of basic terms from the field of social services with a focus on seniors, which relate to standards of quality of social services - senior age, needs, quality of life, social services, standards of quality and the Dačice nursing home. The aim of the work was to map the fulfilment of standards of quality for social services and their implementation in a nursing home from the point of view of seniors. Other goals were to determine the extent of fulfilment of standards the quality of social services from the point of view of users of a particular service and to determine the possibilities for correspondence of a particular social service to regularly available public assistance resources. A hypothesis was set. In order to achieve gals and verify the validity of the hypothesis, a form of quantitative research was selected, along with secondary analysis of internal guidelines. The focuses of the research were all users of the nursing home in Dačice.
Following evaluation of the results of the research, I have concluded that the goals have been fulfilled and the hypothesis was rejected. In the nursing home in Dačice the selected standards for social services have not been fulfilled from the point of view of seniors. This Bachelor's work can provide the nursing home with an evaluation of provided services and can serve the public during decisions about selection of a social services provider. | eng |
