| dc.description.abstract | Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku kritické infrastruktury, kterou Česká republika byla povinna do 12. ledna 2011 implementovat do své legislativy. Stalo se tak novelizací krizového zákona. Práce popisuje obecně kritickou infrastrukturu, její historii a vývoj v podmínkách České republiky i Evropské unie, základní právní předpisy a také charakterizuje pojmy, které s touto problematikou souvisejí. V rámci výzkumu jsem se zaměřila na porovnávání oblastí KI, na změny v kritériích a zásadách určování prvků KI a vliv těchto změn na počty subjektů kritické infrastruktury v Jihočeském kraji. Jak se v průběhu zpracování ukázalo, zjistit nově stanovené počty subjektů KI není vůbec jednoduché. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my thesis, I focused on the issue of the critical infrastructure (CI), the Czech Republic was obliged to implement in its legislation by the January 12, 2011. This was performed by amending the crisis law. The thesis describes generally the critical infrastructure, its history and development in the conditions of the Czech Republic as well as the European Union, the basic legal regulations and it also characterizes the concepts associated with this issue. In the scope of the research I focused on comparing the fields of CI, changes in criteria and principles of determining CI elements and influence of these changes on the number of the subjects of critical infrastructure in the South Bohemian Region.
