| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotně výchovnými kompetencemi všeobecných sester. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmu zdraví, faktorům, které ho ovlivňují a podpoře zdraví.
Ve výzkumné části jsou vytýčeny tři cíle. Cíl 1 se pokouší zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry v ordinacích praktických lékařů využívají zdravotně výchovné kompetence. Cílem 2 je zjistit, jakým způsobem sestry realizují zdravotně výchovné kompetence. Cíl 3 má za úkol zjistit nejčastější oblasti zdravotně výchovného působení sester u praktických lékařů. Byly položeny tři výzkumné otázky: 1. výzkumná otázka: Využívají všeobecné sestry v ordinacích praktických lékařů zdravotně výchovné kompetence? 2. výzkumná otázka: Jakým způsobem sestry realizují zdravotně výchovné kompetence? 3. výzkumná otázka: Jaké jsou nejčastější oblasti zdravotně výchovného působení sester u praktických lékařů?
Pro tuto bakalářskou práci byla zvolena forma kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, technika polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor je sestaven z otevřených otázek, v rámci kterých se respondenti mohli individuálně vyjádřit. Skupinu respondentů tvořilo 8 sester pracujících v ordinacích praktických lékařů pro dospělé a ve výzkumném šetření jsou značeny jako "S".
Rozhovory byly přepsány a následně byla použita kategorizace. Kategorie jsou znázorněny přehledovými diagramy.
Z výsledků vyplývá, že sestry zdravotně výchovnou činnost v ordinacích praktických lékařů provádějí a realizují. Tímto je zodpovězena výzkumná otázka 1
V případě 2. výzkumné otázky týkající se způsobu realizace zdravotně výchovných činností bylo zjištěno, že sestry nejčastěji klienty edukují rozhovorem, tato odpověď byla obsažena ve všech odpovědích. (viz. Diagram 2)
3. výzkumná otázka se týká oblasti zdravotně výchovného působení. Ve výsledcích jsou uvedené věkové skupiny, které sestry nejčastěji edukují. Jedná se ve většině případů o seniory. (viz. Diagram 5)
V bakalářské práci byly stanoveny tři cíle. Prvním z nich bylo zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry v ordinacích praktických lékařů využívají zdravotně výchovné kompetence. Analýzou získaných výsledků bylo zjištěno, že sestry je využívají. Všechny sestry na otázku týkající se tohoto cíle odpověděly kladně.
Druhý ze tří cílů, kterým bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem sestry realizují zdravotně výchovné kompetence, byl také splněn. Sestry nejčastěji edukují klienty rozhovorem, některé využívají informační letáky, některé je využívají minimálně a dvě z osmi sester využívají televizní vysílání v čekárně.
Třetí cíl, týkající se nejčastější oblasti zdravotně výchovného působení sester u praktických lékařů, byl rovněž naplněn. Analýzou rozhovorů byly prozkoumány oblasti, v rámci kterých sestry nejčastěji využívají zdravotně výchovnou činnost.
Cíle práce byly splněny. Bylo zjištěno, že sestry zdravotně výchovnou činnost provádějí, ale přály by si mít na to více času. | cze |

In the research part, there are defined three objectives. Objective 1 aims to find out whether nurses in doctors´ surgeries use health education competencies. Objective 2 aims to determine how nurses carry out health education competencies. Objective 3 aims to determine the most common areas of health educational activities of nurses at general practitioners. There were given three research questions: the first research question: Do nurses utilize health education competencies in doctors´ surgeries? The second research question: How do nurses realize the health education competencies? The third research question: What are the most common areas of health educational activities of nurses at general practitioners?
For the thesis we have chosen a form of qualitative research, method of semi-standardized interview. The interview consists of open questions, within which respondents can express individually. The group of respondents consisted of eight nurses working in GP surgeries for adults and in the research survey are marked as "S".
Interviews were transcribed and subsequently a categorization was used. The categories are shown in the diagrams.
The results show that nurses carry out and realize the health education activities in GP surgeries. Hereby the first research question is answered. What the nurses imagine under the concept of health education activities is clear from the results. The majority opinion is about population or client education in a certain area. For the second research question concerning the method of realization of health education activities, it was found that nurses most often educate clients by the interview, this response was included in all interviews. (See Diagram 2).
The third research question is related to health education activities. The results show the age groups that nurses educate the most often. It is, in most cases the elderly. (See Diagram 5).
In the thesis, there were defined three objectives. The first was to determine whether nurses in GP surgeries use health education competencies. Analyzing the results it was found that the nurses use it. All the nurses answered the questions concerning this objective positively.
The second of the three objectives, which was to find out how nurses carry out health education competencies, was also fulfilled. Nurses educate clients most often by the interview, some of them use information leaflets, some use them minimally and two of the eight nurses use the TV in the waiting room.
The third objective dealing with the most common area of health education activities of nurses at general practitioners was also fulfilled. Analyzing the interviews we examined the areas within nurses use the health education activities most often.
Objectives of the thesis were fulfilled. It was found that nurses carry out health education activities, but they would like to have more time for it. | eng |
