| dc.description.abstract | Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část je rozdělena na čtyři podkapitoly. V první podkapitole se věnuji vymezení pojmu zdravotní postižení, pravidlům pro vyrovnávání příležitostí osob se zdravotním postižením, socializaci a diskriminaci osob se zdravotním postižením. Druhá podkapitola popisuje, koho lze považovat za nezaměstnaného, jaké jsou typy nezaměstnanosti, její rizikové skupiny a jaké nástroje stát používá v aktivní i pasivní politice zaměstnanosti. V neposlední řadě rovněž uvádím stav nezaměstnanosti v ČR k 31. 1. 2014. Třetí podkapitola je nazvaná: Lidé se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Tato podkapitola objasňuje jaký význam má práce pro člověka, vysvětluje ucelený systém rehabilitace a její složku pracovní rehabilitaci a poukazuje na specifika zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Poslední podkapitola teoretické části charakterizuje okres Strakonice, jeho silné a slabé stránky a významné zaměstnavatele v tomto okrese. Zároveň jsou v této podkapitole k dispozici informace o stavu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na Strakonicku.
Hlavním cílem předkládané práce je posouzení stavu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v okrese Strakonice. Dále byly stanoveny dva vedlejší cíle: prvním je zmapovat příčiny nezaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením z jejich pohledu a z pohledu jejich zaměstnavatelů a druhým vedlejším cílem je zmapovat příčiny nezaměstnanosti z pohledu zaměstnavatelů, kteří nezaměstnávají osoby se zdravotním postižením. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of employment of people with disabilities. The theoretical part is divided into four subchapters. In the first subchapter I was interested in the definition of the term of disability, the rules for equalization of opportunities of people, socialization and discrimination of disabled people. The second subchapter describes who we are allowed to consider being unemployed, the types of unemployment, the risk groups, the tools which the government uses in the active and passive types of employment policy and finally also states the level of unemployment in the Czech Republic on 31st January 2014.The third subchapter is called disabled people at labor market. It explains the importance of work for people, explains the comprehensive rehabilitation system and its constituent part-vocational rehabilitation and it points at specifics of employing disabled people. The last subchapter of the theoretical part characterizes the region of Strakonice, its strengths and weaknesses and also mentions the significant employers there. The information about the condition of employing disabled people in this region is also available in the last subchapter.
The main aim of this thesis is considering the condition of employing disabled people in the region of Strakonice. There were two other aims determined. The first of them was to chart the reasons of unemployment of disabled people from their point of view and from the view of their employers. The second side aim was to chart the reasons of unemployment from the point of view of the employers who do not employ disabled people. | eng |
