| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientů s celiakií.V této práci byly v rámci výzkumného šetření stanoveny následující dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost u pacientů s celiakií sestrou. Druhým cílem bylo prozkoumat edukační metody a rozsah informací poskytovaných sestrou pacientovi v rámci edukace o bezlepkové dietě.
V této práci byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum s použitím techniky hloubkového anonymního rozhovoru. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 5 sester a 5 pacientů a 1 nutriční terapeutka. Šetření probíhalo na území hlavního města Prahy na ambulancích gastroenterologie, alergologicko-imunologických pracovištích a na oddělení klinické výživy.
Podrobnou analýzou získaných dat od respondentů bylo vytvořeno 6 kategorií: využití edukačních metod z pohledu sester a pacientů, využití edukačních pomůcek z pohledu sester a pacientů, časový rozsah edukace z pohledu sester a pacientů, obsah edukace sestrou z pohledu pacienta, obsah edukace o bezlepkové dietě z pohledu pacienta, vzdělávání sester v oblasti celiakie. | cze |

The second objective was to explore the educational methods and the scope

The method of qualitative research using the technique of in-depth interview was used in this work. The research sample consisted of 5 nurses and 5 patients. The investigation was conducted in the Capital City of Prague on outpatient departments of gastroenterology and on departments of allergology and imunology.
Through the detailed analysis of the data obtained from the respondents, 6 categories were created: the use of educational methods from the perspective of nurses and patients, the use of educational aids from the perspective of nurses and patients, the time range of an education from the perspective of nurses and patients, the content of education by a sister from a patient's perspective, the content of education on a gluten-free diet from a patient's perspective, education of nurses in the area of coeliac disease. | eng |
