| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Využití lanových a lezeckých technik v Integrovaném záchranném systému České republiky" se zabývá základní definicí Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky, jeho primárních a sekundárních složek, vývojem záchrany ve výškách a nepřístupných terénech jako jsou skalní stěny, jeskyně, průmyslové konstrukce, stožáry, komíny, jeřáby, studně a další za použití lanových a lezeckých technik. Dále popisuje lezecké vybavení od ochranných pomůcek, horolezeckých lan, horolezeckých úvazků, karabin, slaňovacích a výstupových prostředků, záchranných prostředků až po uzlovací techniky.
Cílem práce bylo zmapovat vybavenost lezeckým materiálem a prostředky pro záchranu ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou, dovednosti příslušníků lezeckých jednotek a počet zásahů s využitím lanových a lezeckých technik v posledních pěti letech u Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihočeského kraje, Letecké záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje a Zásahové jednotky krajského ředitelství policie Jihočeského kraje. Dále popisuje výcvik těchto složek Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky zaměřený na lanové a lezecké techniky. K získání výsledků jsem použil metodu kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno formou polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů s příslušníky lezeckých jednotek.
Zásahů primárních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky s využitím lanových a lezeckých technik není příliš mnoho, jsou však brány jako vysoce rizikové. Z tohoto důvodu je příprava lezeckých jednotek důsledná a nepodceňovaná. Probíhá formou častých cvičení. Lezecké jednotky cvičí jednak samostatně, ale i formou spolupráce s ostatními složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis on the topic 'The Application of the Rope and Climbing Techniques in the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic' addresses the basic definition of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic, its primary and secondary components, the development of rescue at height and in an inaccessible terrain such as cliffs, caves, industrial constructions, masts, chimneys, cranes and others, while using rope and climbing techniques. It also describes climbing equipment from protective gear, climbing ropes, climbing harness, snap-links, abseiling and climbing means, rescue means to knotting techniques.
The aim of this thesis was to map the climbing equipment and material recourses for rescue at height and above the free depth, the skills of the climbing unit members and the number of interventions with the usage of rope and climbing techniques in the last five years at The Fire Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region, The Air Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region and The Special Reaction Unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the South Bohemian Police. It also describes the training of these segments of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic, focused on the rope and climbing techniques. To obtain the results I used the method of qualitative research, which was conducted through semi-structured interviews with the members of the climbing units.
The number of interventions of the primary components of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic using rope and climbing techniques is quite low, they are nevertheless treated as high-risk. For this reason is the preparation of the climbing units consistent and proper. It takes the form of frequent exercise. The climbing units train partly alone, but also partly through the form of cooperation with other components of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. | eng |
