| dc.description.abstract | Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala možnostmi fyzioterapie u pacientů s kombinovaným postižením tělesným i mentálním. Počet osob s kombinovanými vadami stále narůstá i přes neustále se zdokonalující lékařskou péči a stále modernější technologie. Ve většině případů se jedná o nevyléčitelná onemocnění, u kterých je jedním z nejdůležitějších faktorů včasná diagnostika a následná raná rehabilitace, která může vést ke značnému zmírnění následků.
V teoretické části jsem se věnovala charakteristice, diagnostice, etiologii a klasifikaci tělesného a mentálního postižení a komparaci jednotlivých literárních zdrojů. Další část byla věnována různým možnostem terapie u osob s kombinovaným postižením. V terapii se nejedná pouze o léčebnou rehabilitaci, ale velkou roli zde hraje i sociální, pedagogická či pracovní rehabilitace. Cílem komplexní rehabilitace je dosažení co možná největší míry soběstačnosti, začlenění do aktivního života nebo přijetí svého handicapu. Jde o proces, při kterém se u osob se zdravotním postižením snažíme rozvinout nebo posílit fyzické, mentální a sociální dovednosti. U osob se získaným postižením se snažíme o co možná největší obnovu původních schopností, oproti tomu u osob s vrozeným postižením se zaměřujeme na udržení normálního vývoje.
V praktické části jsem zpracovala tři kazuistiky, ve kterých jsem si stanovila cíle, popis metodiky a charakteristiku výzkumného souboru. Při prvním setkání s klientem byla odebrána anamnéza a vstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Součástí vyšetření byla aspekce zepředu, zezadu a z boku, palpační vyšetření, vyšetření zkrácených svalů, pohybových stereotypů, vyšetření stoje na jedné DK nebo chůze. Dále byly vyšetřeny distance na páteři a vyšetření zaměřené na hlubokou stabilizaci páteře. Z toho byly vybrány tři testy dle Koláře - brániční test, extenční test a test flexe trupu. Terapie probíhala po dobu 10 týdnů v Diagnostickém ústavu sociální péče (od 1. 1. 2015 přejmenován na domov Kopretina).
Cílem práce bylo zmapování fyzioterapeutických postupů u vybraných klientů s kombinovaným postižením s následným navržením a provedením krátkodobého terapeutického plánu. Dále byl porovnán jejich stav na začátku výzkumu a po jeho skončení v souvislosti s vlivem na kvalitu jejich života. Terapie byla zakončena výstupním kineziologickým rozborem a rozhovorem s jednotlivými klienty, pro jejich subjektivní zhodnocení terapie. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | My bachelor´s work deals with possible applications of physiotherapy for patients with combined disabilities physical and mental. The number of people with combined disabilities is growing despite improving medical care and more advanced technologies used. Most cases are incurable illnesses where a timely diagnosis and following early rehabilitation, which can significantly mitigate the consequences, are the most important factors.
The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics, diagnostics, etiology and classification of the physical and mental disability and on the comparison of particular literary sources. The next part was dedicated to various possibilities of therapy for people with combined disabilities. The therapy does not mean only therapeutic rehabilitation. The social, pedagogical and work rehabilitations play an important part, too. The goal of the complete rehabilitation is achievement of as much self-sufficiency as possible, active life integration or adoption of the handicap. It is a process which helps disabled people to develop or strengthen their physical, mental and social skills. As for people with acquired disability we try to retrieve as many former abilities as possible. On the other hand people with a congenital disability are treated to keep ordinary development.
The practical part writes up three casuistries in which I set a target, a description of the methodology and characteristics of the research sample. While meeting the first client the anamnesis and the entrance kinesiology examination were done. The front, from behind and side physical exams were included, together with the palpation examination, the examination of shortened muscles, motion stereotypes, examination of standing on one leg or walking. Next, I examined the distances in the spine and did a special examination focused on the deep spine stabilization. Thereof three tests according to Kolář were chosen the midriff test, the extention test and the body flection test. The therapy took 10 weeks at the Diagnostic welfare institute (since 01/01/2015 renamed - Kopretina home).
The goal of the work was to chart the physiotherapy at selected clients with combined disability and then to suggest and perform a short-time therapeutic plan. Next I compared the states at the beginning and at the end of the research regarding the influence on the quality of their lives. The therapy was finished with an output kinesiology examination and with interviews with individual clients to get to know their subjective therapy assessment. | eng |
