| dc.description.abstract | Byly testovány čtyři molekulární markery ke zjištění jejich využití pro identifikaci druhů čeledi Cecidomyiidae. Dva z nich byly úspěšně naamplifikovány, mitochondriální gen COI a nukleární fragment ITS1. Následné analýzy vnitrodruhové a mezidruhové variability nám umožnily vyřešit několik taxonomických nejasností. Oba markery se ale zdají dosti variabilní pro spolehlivé rozdělení bejlomorek na rodové a druhové úrovni. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Four molecular markers were tested for their potential to be used for species identification of selected taxa of Cecidomyiidae. Two markers were succesfully amplified, part of the mitochondrial COI (''DNA barcoding'' marker) and nuclear fragment ITS1. Subsequent analysis of their intra- and interspecific variability enabled us to resolve several taxonomical uncertainties. However, both markers appear to be too variable for reliable delineation of species and genera under investigation. | eng |
