| dc.description.abstract | Panbo-RPCH, jeden ze členů AKH/RPHC rodiny (Adipokinetic Hormone/Red Pigment Concentrating Hormone), byl izolován u Porcellio scaber (stínka obecná). Hormon byl charakterizován pomocí HPLC, ELISA a LC/MS analýzy. U ploštice Pyrrhocoris apterus způsobuje mobilizaci lipidů. Nejvyšší stimulační účinek hormonu byl prokázán u dávky 10 pmol. | cze |
