| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo ověřit možnosti identifikace a případné selekce transformovaných pletiv a rostlin lnu na základě vyhodnocování fluorescence objektů jako projevu exprese genu pro zeleně fluoreskující protein (GFP)v in vitro kulturách pocházejících z transformačních experimentů. Byl sledován také vliv genotypu, typu explantátu a různých transformačních postupů na fluorescenci, jakož i možnost jejího využití pro selekci transgenních jedinců. | cze |
