dc.description.abstract-translated | The influence of TNF-on the infection of Encephalitozoon cuniculi in mouse peritoneal macrophages and PMJ2-R cell line has been studied. The number of Encephalitozoon cuniculi spores was counted in mouse peritoneal macrophages and PMJ2-R cell line after lysis. The activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages and PMJ2-R cell line was measured by nitric oxide production. The amount of TNF-produced by mouse peritoneal macrophages and PMJ2-R cell line was determined by ELISA method (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay). | eng |
