| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá komunikací mezi školou a rodinou jako klíčovým faktorem při výchově a vzdělávání Romů školního věku. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy integrace, asimilace. Přibližuje romskou historii. Zmiňuje problematiku soužití romské menšiny s majoritní společností. Popisuje vzdělávání Romů v průběhu dějin až do současnosti. Zaměřuje se na příčiny školní neúspěšnosti romských dětí a možnou pomoc při jejich vzdělávání. V závěru se teoretická část zaměřuje na spolupráci rodiny a školy.
Praktická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření. Cílem je zjistit zda romské děti, jejichž rodiče komunikují a spolupracují se školou, dosahují lepších výsledků ve vzdělávání. Zabývá se kvantitativním výzkumem. Pomocí dotazníku zjišťuje, z pohledu učitelů, jaký vliv má komunikace romských rodičů a školy na školní výsledky jejich dětí. | cze |
