| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo analyzovat a kvantifikovat adipokinetické hormony (AKH) z lýkožrouta smrkového (Ips typographus L.). Analýza RP HPLC byla použita pro identifikaci AKH a kompetitivní ELISA pro kvantifikaci. Tyto metody ukázaly, že Peram-CAH-I a Peram-CAH-II by mohli být AKH zástupci, a že jejich hladina kolísá během roku. Výsledky také naznačují, že hormony se mohou vzájemně nahrazovat v určitých obdobích roku. | cze |

The RP HPLC was employed for the AKHs identification, and a competitive ELISA for their quantification. Those methods indicated that the Peram-CAH-I and Peram-CAH-II could be the AKH representatives, and that their levels fluctuate during a year.
