| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá detekcí hemu u tří zástupců skupiny Trypanosomatidae: Trypanosoma brucei, Lesihmania tarentolae a Phytomonas serpens. Hlavním cílem práce bylo rozšířit současné poznatky o hemovém metabolismu u P. serpens. Bylo zjištěno, že P. serpens nepotřebuje hem k růstu.
