Mycorrhizal fungi can be used in in vitro symbiotic germination. In vitro symbiotic and asymbiotic germination of terrestrial orchid seeds is often difficult because of seed dormancy, which must be broken by certain treatment. Suitable treatment and composition of cultivation medium are important for enhancing seed germination. | eng |
