dc.description.abstract-translated	Ticks are common ectoparasites of vertebrates spread world-wide. They are the vectors of many pathogens causing medically important diseases of men and animals. For this reason, tick are often used as model organisms. Many researchers focused on identification of chemical substances responsible for tick survival. This thesis, targets the tick proteins that could have become candidates for anti-tick vaccine development or play another important role in biomedicine.	eng
