dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis studies the fundamental characteristics of biological and genetic diversity of two different isolates of Cryptosporidium mouse genotype I obtained during the field trapping of Mus musculus musculus and domesticus in the Czech Republic and Germany.
