| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo ověřit terapeutický účinek mananu na myší melanom. Bylo zjištěno, že manan musí být ukotvený na povrch nádorových buněk pomocí kotvy (BAM), aby došlo ke zmenšení velikosti nádoru. Lepších výsledků bylo dosaženo použitím manan-BAM v kombinaci s LPS nebo LTA. | cze |
