| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na rostliny rodu Ferula, jejich význam, výskyt a použití. Práce se zabývá také jejich sirnými sloučeninami a cestami vzniku sirných látek v rostlinách rodu Allium. V experimentální části byly zkoumány nejvýznamnější těkavé sirné sloučeniny rostlin rodu Ferula a jejich možný prekurzor. Tento prekurzor byl navržen na základě přítomnosti podobných sirných sloučenin v rostlinách rodu Ferula a rodu Allium. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on Ferula genus plants, their significance, occurrence and usage. The thesis also deals with their sulfur-containing compounds and the formation pathways of the sulfur compounds occurring in the Allium genus.
