dc.description.abstract-translated | Phytoplasmas are the obligate intracellular wall-less bacteria infecting phloem of plants and are transmitted by the vectors from the class of Mollicutes. They are economically important pathogenes causing crop worldwide losses. The phytoplasma infecting Primula acaulis was detected and characterized by molecular methods in this thesis. The highly conserved 16S-23S ribosomal operon and more variable genes rplO map, rps19 rps3, cpn60, tuf, pyrH frr, hflB were amplified, sequenced and analyzed. Additional molecular characteristic of 16S rDNA was carried out by the restriction fragment lenght polymorhism. | eng |
