| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá poradenstvím pro pozůstalé v České republice. Cílem práce je nastínit podobu poradenství pro pozůstalé v ČR a objasnit význam a úlohu poradenských služeb pro pozůstalé z pohledu hospicových zařízení a poraden pro pozůstalé. První část práce objasňuje základní pojmy jako smrt, truchlení, poradenství pro pozůstalé a jeho průběh. Na tuto část navazuje kapitola operacionalizace, která objasňuje výzkumné otázky. Výzkum byl veden s pracovníky v hospicových zařízeních a poradnách pro pozůstalé. Výsledky výzkumu objasnily podobu, význam a úlohu poradenství pro pozůstalé v procesu vyrovnávání se zármutkem. Práce se také zabývá institucionalizací a profesionalizací poradenství pro pozůstalé a upozorňuje na absenci systematického vzdělávání v této oblasti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis focuses on counselling for survivors in the Czech Republic. The aim is to outline the form of counselling for survivors in the CR and to clarify the meaning and the role of counselling services for survivors from the perspective of hospice facilities and counselling for survivors. The first part of thesis is the fundamental concept of death, mourning, counseling for survivors and it´s process. This part is followed by the operationalization chapter that explains the research questions. The research was conducted with employees in hospice facilities and counseling offices. The research results shed light on the form, meaning and role of counseling for survivors in the process of coping with grief.
