| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou lidských práv a práv zvířat. Je rozdělena do třech základních částí. První kapitola nabízí přehled historického vývoje lidských práv a snaží se poukázat na provázanost tohoto vývoje se současným chápáním lidských práv. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vývojem našeho vztahu ke zvířatům. Poukazuje na historický, filosofický a náboženský aspekt tohoto vztahu. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na současné argumentace za práva zvířat. Část kapitoly je věnována i odpůrci práv zvířat Tiboru Machanovi, podle kterého zvířata žádná práva nepotřebují. | cze |
