| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problémy se zaměstnáváním lidí se zdravotním postižením a etickými aspekty, které s problémem souvisí. Popisuje jejich problémy s hledáním zaměstnání, problémy s diskriminací, potíže s nezaměstnanosti a také to, jak nezaměstnanost ovlivňuje psychiku těchto lidí. Dále se zabývá tím, jak stát pomáhá lidem, kteří mají potíže s hledáním zaměstnání a dalšími etickými problémy jako je problém diskriminace, solidarity v sociálním státu, práva na práci a tak dále. Popisuje též postavení lidí se zdravotním postižením ve společnosti a to, zda jsou jejich práva ve společnosti vždy dodržovány. | cze |
