| dc.description.abstract | V této práci byly testovány molekulární markery pro jejich schopnost provést analýzu populační genetiky můry Lithophane lambda na rašeliništích. Mitochondriální markery AT, ND5 a jaderný marker TPI byly úspěšně amplifikovány a sekvenovány. V důsledku toho byly tyto sekvence použity pro genetickou analýzu přírodních populací Lithophane lambda. Všechny markery ukazovaly nízkou variabilitu, což naznačuje možný bottleneck nebo působení selekce. | cze |
