| dc.description.abstract | Anotace:
Teoretická část práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou typů vstřikovacích strojů, hlavně porovnání jejich vstřikovacích jednotek. V práci je popsána základní konstrukce a rozdíly v pohonu jednotlivých částí vstřikovacích jednotek a měření jednotlivých parametrů vstřikování. Zjednodušeně je popsán proces vstřikování plastů s ohledem na díly vyráběné ve společnosti Robert Bosch s.r.o. Cílem práce je doporučit typ vstřikovacího stroje podle potřeb výrobního oddělení a s ohledem na vyráběné díly.
Praktická část práce je zaměřena na výrobu plastových vzorků příruby a hrnce, které jsou součástí palivového čerpadla. Oba výrobky byly vyrobeny jak na hybridním, tak i hydraulickém vstřikovacím stroji. Následná rozměrová a CT analýza zhodnotila kvalitativní hledisko výrobku.
Celá práce je doplněna obrázky pro lepší pochopení problematiky vstřikování plastů. | cze |

The theoretical part deals with the comparison of two types of injection molding machines, especially comparison of the injection units. In thesis is described the basic structure and differences in various parts of the drive unit of injection units and measurement of individual injection parameters. In short is described the injection molding process with regard to parts manufactured at Robert Bosch, spol. s r. o. The aim of the thesis is to recommend the type of injection molding machine with respect to the production components and according to the needs of the production department.
The practical part is focused on the production of plastic samples of flanges and pots which are parts of the fuel pump module. Both products were made on both type of injection molding machines, such as the hybrid and also the hydraulic injection molding machine. Dimensional and CT analysis evaluated the qualitative aspect of the products.
