| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou psychického a fyzického násilí páchaného na seniorech. Práce se skládá z částí teoretické a praktické.
Teoretická část se věnuje problematice stáří, kdy se stává člověk seniorem, jaké problémy vyvstávají v tomto životním období. Zvláštní kapitolu věnuji problematice násilí, kdy vzniká, jeho druhy, oběti, osoby, které násilí páchají a proč. Dále se věnuji sociálním službám Domovu pro seniory a Domovu se zvláštním režimem, kde je průzkum prováděn. Se sociální prací je úzce spojena etika a etická dilemata. V poslední kapitole teoretické části práce byly shrnuty veškeré poznatky získané z odborné literatury.
Praktická část obsahuje cíl průzkumu, jímž byla analýza dat zaměřená na ověření stanovených hypotéz, ochranu práv klientů v rámci standardů kvality poskytovaných sociálních služeb a dodržování etického kodexu zařízení. Průzkum byl realizován formou polostandardizovaných rozhovorů, které byly zaznamenávány do záznamových archů s klienty/uživateli domova pro seniory a domova se zvláštním režimem v Litvínově ? Janově a se zaměstnanci zařízení z přímé péče, vedoucí zdravotně-sociálního oddělení, sociálními pracovnicemi. Výstupem je závěrečná zpráva pro zařízení, které bude následně pracovat s výsledky průzkumu v rámci zvyšování kvality sociálních služeb. Druhým cílem byl zpracován seznam kontaktů možné pomoci obětem násilí. Dalším třetím cílem bylo řešení stanovených etických dilemat. Informace ze získaných rozhovorů byly vyhodnoceny v prezentaci výsledků a následně shrnuty v závěrečné diskusi. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the psychological and physical violence against seniors. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts .
The theoretical part deals with the age when a person becomes a senior , what problems arise in this phase of life . A special chapter is devoted to the issue of violence, which arises his comrades , victims , people who commit violence and why. Then I write about social services for the elderly and special homes where the survey is conducted. With social work is closely linked to ethics and ethical dilemmas. In the last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis summarizes all the knowledge gained from the literature.
The practical part contains the objective of the survey , which was a data analysis focused on the verification of the hypotheses , the protection of clients within the quality standards of social services and ethical code of the device. The survey was conducted through semi-standardized interviews, which were recorded in data sheets with clients / users of a rest home and home with a special regime in Litvinov - Genoa and to the staff of the direct care facilities , head of medico- social department, social workers . The output is the final report for a device that will then work with the survey results in improving the quality of social services. The operational objective was prepared list of contacts can help the victims of violence. Another objective was to address the identified ethical dilemmas. Information obtained from the interviews were analyzed in the presentation of results and then summarized in a final discussion. | eng |
