| dc.description.abstract | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou lidí s mentálním postižením v ústavu sociální péče, vytvořením a zařazením hudebního tělovýchovného programu do týdenního režimu po dobu pěti měsíců pro smíšenou desetičlennou skupinu dospělých osob s lehkým a středně těžkým mentálním postižením. Vliv programu byl konfrontován s desetičlennou kontrolní skupinou, ve které byli jedinci s lehkým a středně těžkým mentálním postižením. Anamnestické údaje mi byly poskytnuty ústavem sociální péče, provedla jsem somatoskopická měření, pozorováním a rozhovory jsem získala ukazatele sociálního učení, pomocí standardizovaných motorických testů jsem provedla otestování. Výsledky jsou statisticky významné a program měl na jedince pozitivní vliv. Vytvořený intervenční program se může stát inspirací a vodítkem pro pracující s mentálně postiženými v oblasti rozvoje zdraví (po stránce sociální i kondiční).\\ | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | My diploma thesis is concerned with the mentally retarded people issue, creating a musical physical training course and it is including in a week schedule of a mixed group of ten slightly to medium mentally retarded adults for the period of five months. The influence of the course was confronted with the control group of ten slightly to medium mentally retarded adults. I received the anamnesis data from the social workers, measured somatic parameters, obtained the indicators of social adaptation by observation and interviews and checked the effect by standard motor tests. The results are statistically relevant and the course had a positive effect on individuals. The designed interventionist course may become an inspiration and guidance for work with mentally retarded people in the field of health care (meaning both the social and condition aspects).\\ | eng |
