| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá metodikou a technikou freestyle snowboardingu. Jsou zde shrnuty všechny důležité informace pro nácvik základních triků na snowboardu. Triky jsou rozděleny do třech hlavních kapitol: rovné skoky, rotační skoky a jízda po zábradlí. V každé kapitole je popsáno, s čím by měl jezdec při nácviku těchto triků začít a jak by měl během nácviku postupovat. Dále jsou zde doplňující informace jako například podrobný popis pohybů potřebných k provedení daných triků anebo přehledné rozdělení překážek používaných ve freestyle snowboardingu. Vše je doplněno sekvenčními fotografiemi několika základních triků. Většina uvedených teoretických informací byla získána překladem z knihy CANADIAN SNOWBOARDING COACHING PROGRAM 2004/2005, což je příručka kanadských instruktorů pro výuku freestyle snowboardingu.\\ | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is engaged in technique and methodics of freestyle snowboarding. There are summarized all the important informations for snowboard tricks practising. Tricks are sorted to the three main sections: straight airs, spinning tricks and jibbing. In each chapter is description of how the rider should begin with the tricks practising and what he should do during the training. Then there are filling in informations e.g. detailed description of necessary movements to perform trick or sorted list of jumps and rails used in freestyle snowboarding. Everything is completed with the sequences pictures of several basic tricks.
