| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou práv a důstojnosti osob s demencí. Práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem jsou lidská práva garantována a zajišťována jednak mezinárodními lidsko-právními dokumenty, ale zejména jakým způsobem k této problematice přistupuje Česká republika, konkrétně sociální služby, které se řídí standardy sociálních služeb. Práce hledá odpověď, zda jsou standardy kvality sociálních služeb dostatečnou zárukou ochrany lidských práv a důstojnosti osob, konkrétně osob s demencí v domově se zvláštním režimem.
Pro toto zjištění používá rozbor vypracovaného standardu kvality sociálních služeb Ochrana práv konkrétního poskytovatele sociálních služeb a nabízí možná východiska vedoucí k zajištění ochrany práv a důstojnosti osob s demencí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with the rights and human dignity protection with people suffering from dementia. The thesis examines the way in which human rights are guaranteed and safeguarded in international human rights law documents, but especially the way in which the Czech Republic approaches the problems, particularly social services which follow standards of social services.
