Problematika představuje teoretické zpracování tématu od obecné charakteristiky krizí a krizové intervence. Dále se věnuje telefonické krizové intervenci. Jsou objasněny zásady krizové komunikace, zabývá se suicidální tematikou a etickými otázkami. Celá práce obsahuje popis, utřídění, porovnání a shrnutí informací a faktů.
