| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce Vliv práce a pracovní aktivity na sebepojetí mentálně postiženého člověka se zabývá zapojením lidí s mentálním postižením do určité pracovní aktivity, ať již v rámci zaměstnání či pracovní terapie a vlivem této činnosti na vlastní sebepojetí člověka.
Práce je zaměřena na popis okolností, které doprovázejí současnou oblast problematiky osob s mentálním postižením a jejich integraci do společnosti v rámci jejich zapojení na pracovní trh. Dále jsou v práci zpracována také oblast sebepojetí a její popis z hlediska humanistické psychologie.
Vlastním cílem výzkumné práce je pak zjistit, jaké oblasti života osob s mentálním postižením se nejvíce změnily po jejich nástupu do zaměstnání či po začátku vykonávání pracovní rehabilitace. Jak tyto změny působí na sebepojetí těchto osob.
Výzkumná část práce tak přinese přehled nejdůležitějších oblastí změny sebepojetí, které si jednotlivci po nástupu do zaměstnání či pracovní terapie osvojili. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the involvement of people with intellectual disabilities in a work activity, whether in employment or occupational therapy and the impact of this activity on their own self mentally handicapped person.
The work is focused on the description of the circumstances that accompany the current issues of persons with intellectual disabilities and their integration into society as part of their participation in the labour market. Further, there is also prepared a theme of self-concept and its description in terms of humanistic psychology.
The very aim of the research work is to determine what area of life of persons with intellectual disabilities is changed the most after their entry into employment or after the beginning of the execution of vocational rehabilitation. How these changes influence the self-identity of these persons.
