| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problémem motivace. Cílem prá-ce je přiblížit teoretické koncepce týkající se motivace a na základě em-pirického šetření přinést statistická zhodnocení a významné nálezy inter-pretovat.
Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která zahrnuje několik tématic-kých celků. Opírá se o prostudovanou odbornou literaturu, která se touto problematikou zabývá.
Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření. V rámci tohoto šet-ření jsou shromažďovány informace o motivaci (zde vzorek studentů VŠ).
V závěru práce se pokusím o srovnání získaných výsledků s teoretickou přípravou. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | My diploma work deals with matter of motivation. The target of the di-ploma work is to describe the theoretical conception of motivation, based on empirical invastigation and describe the results of this investi-gation.
The work has been dividend into the theoretical part includes several thematic wholes. They are based on the specialized literature, dealing wi-th problem.
The practical part of the work is based on investigation. Within this ques-tionnaire investigation I collected information of motivation of people, of the specimen students of the university.
In conclusion I am trying to compare the acquired results with the theo-retical preparatoin. | eng |
