| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce na téma ''Osvobození Jindřichohradecka v květnu 1945'' je věnována závažnému tématu konce druhé světové války a osvobození regionu.
Nejprve je v práci stručně zmíněn historický kontext. Jsou zde připomenuty jak domácí, tak mezinárodní události. Následuje historický vývoj v regionu spojený s definováním území, na kterém jsou zmíněné události popisovány.
Těžiště práce spočívá v rekonstrukci událostí z jara 1945, a to z nejrůznějších pohledů. Tato hlavní část textu začíná seznámením s poměry válečné doby na Jindřichohradecku a pokračuje vylíčením průběhu květnového povstání na okrese. Následuje výklad průběhu osvobozování okresu, resp. postupu Rudé armády. Závěrečná část práce sleduje období bezprostředně po skončení války a některé následné závažné události v regionu. Pro dokreslení a upřesnění práce jsou na závěr připojeny přílohy, obsahující především dobové fotografie.
Práce vychází ze studia celostátní a regionální literatury a dobových pramenů (archivní materiál, dobový tisk, vzpomínky pamětníků, obecní kroniky). | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Diploma work ''The liberation of Jindřichův Hradec region in May 1945“ is concerned on serious subject of the end of the second world war and liberation of the region.
At first there is briefly described the historical context. There are mentioned both national and international events of that time and the historical development of the region connected with the defining of its borders.
This diploma work is focused on the recontruction of the events happening in spring 1945 from different points of view. There is introduced the situation of the war period in Jindřichův Hradec region. Then there is described the reconstruction of the uprising in this region and there is the description of the procedure when the region was liberated including the progress of Red Army. The final part is focused on the period after the end of the war and the following events in this region. To complete and support the work there are enclosures mostly contemporary photographs.
The work is based on studies of both national and regional literature and contemporary sources (archive materials, contemporary prints, memories of the witnesses, local cronicles). | eng |
