| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce popisuje sestavení aparatury pro depozici tenkostěnných vrstev a diagnostiku jejich některých částí. V úvodní části této práce jsou zdůvodněny potřeby využití plasmatických procesů ve výrobě. Další kapitola pak popisuje podstatné části různých druhů výbojů. Praktická část se skládá z popsání jednotlivých komponent aparatury, jejich instalaci a podmínky aktivního režimu. Ve čtvrté kapitole pak vycházíme z experimentálně získaných dat, díky nimž pomocí statických metod interpretujeme dané vlastnosti specifické části aparatury. | cze |

In the beginning part this thesis are given reason needs using plasma processes in the industry. Next capture describes main parts different kinds of discharges. Practical part is made of describing of particular components of device, instalation and conditions of their activation.
