| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sebeprezentace učitele a efektivního používání komunikačních dovedností. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V části teoretické autorka definuje základní pojmy sociální komunikace a vymezuje komunikační dovednosti nezbytné pro efektivní vyučování. V praktické části autorka zjišťuje prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, jak hodnotí studenti pedagogické fakulty svou připravenost pro profesi učitele, kde shledávají největší nedostatky a jaký je jejich přehled v oblasti komunikace. Shrnutí hlavních pravidel komunikace, nezbytných dovedností a praktických rad je zároveň návodem, který by měl napomoci problémům se sebeprezentací předcházet, zmírňovat či odstraňovat nedostatky v této oblasti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis concerns the area of self-presentation of a teacher and effective use of his communication skills. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and presents basic concepts of social communication and defines communication skills essential for effective teaching.
