| dc.description.abstract | Studium fenoménu šlechtického lovu potvrzuje, že lov pro aristokracii nepředstavoval pouhou zábavu, ale plnil mnohem více úloh při vytváření její kolektivní mentality. Považovat lov pouze za jeden z mnoha druhů sportovních aktivit aristokratů se vzhledem k celé šíři a hloubce pohnutek ukázalo být zcela nedostačujícím. Tato diplomová práce proto předkládá analýzu složitého vztahu šlechtického světonázoru a loveckého prostředí. Nabízí nástin původu a podob aristokratického smýšlení o lovu, které přispívalo k uchovávání tradice urozenosti za vlády Františka Josefa I. Činí tak s důrazem na české aristokraty, zvláště rod Schwarzenbergů. Jednotlivé kapitoly z různých pohledů přibližují odlišné prvky a vrstvy ideologie aristokratické myslivosti, která tvořila důležitou součást "jiné reality", do níž se aristokracie v občanské éře dobrovolně uzavírala. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The study of noble hunting phenomenon confirms that game keeping did not represent only entertainment for aristocracy but performed much more functions in the process of constituting the collective mentality of aristocracy. Taking the width and depth of motivation into account it turned out completely inadequate to consider hunting a mere sort of sport activities of aristocrats. This diploma paper presents the analysis of intricate relationships between the noble world-view and the world of hunting. It offers the outline of origins and forms of the aristocratic thinking about hunting, which contributed to the preservation of the nobleness tradition under Franz Joseph I. It is done with the emphasis put on the Czech aristocrats, especially the Schwarzenberg family. From different points of view the respective chapters examine different elements and layers of the ideology underlying the noble game-keeping that made up a significant constituent of the "other reality", into which the aristocracy confined themselves in the era of citizenship. | eng |
