| dc.description.abstract | Autorita je v dnešní době velmi diskutované téma. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá utvářením autority učitele na 1. stupni ZŠ. Zaměřuje se na autoritu a mapuje myšlenky jednotlivých učitelů a žáků vztahující se k této problematice. Teoretická část diplomové práce seznamuje se základními pojmy, jako jsou autorita, její druhy, zdroje a autorita s výchovou. Dále vysvětluje a popisuje autoritu u profese pedagoga. Dále jeho kompetence, klima školní třídy a kázeň jakožto významné stavební kameny učitelské autority. V praktické časti jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu. Je zde představen pohled žáků, jak podle nich pedagog nejlépe docílí autority a pohled učitelů, jaké vlastnosti oslabují a posilují právě jejich autoritu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit pohledy žáků a učitelů na autoritu pedagoga. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Authority is highly discussed topic at the present time. This graduation theses is about creating teachers´ authority on the 1st degree primary school. It is focused on the authority and mapping the ideas of the particular teachers and pupils regarding this problematic. Theoretical part of the graduation theses is to introduce the basic concepts such as authority, sorts and sources of authority and authority with education. Then it explains and describes pedagogues´ profession. Additionally his competences, classes school atmosphere and discipline like a major base ground of the teachers authority. In practical part there are presented results of the research. Here is introduced the view of the pupils how the teacher can get the authority and point of view of the teachers which characteristics´ makes their authority weaker or stronger.
