| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce má charakter teoreticko-empirický. Obsahem je zaměřena na pojem syndrom vyhoření (burnout) v učitelské profesi na základní škole.
První část teoretické části práce je zaměřená na faktory, které mohou zapříčinit vznik syndromu vyhoření. Další kapitola je věnována definování pojmu burnout. Následující část práce se zabývá příčinami vzniku stavu vyhoření. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje kapitola zaměřená na projevy syndromu vyhoření. V kapitole následující jsou zpracovány jednotlivé fáze procesu vyhoření. Dále je věnována pozornost povolání učitele a stresu v této profesi. Předposlední kapitola seznamuje s důsledky vyhoření a jejich vlivem na povolání učitele. Závěrečná část teoretické části je věnována zásadám duševní hygieny a radám pro zvládání stresu.
Praktická část byla uskutečněna pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Získané údaje slouží k porovnání výskytu projevů syndromu vyhoření u pedagogů na prvním a druhém stupni základní školy a taktéž k porovnání projevů u učitelů vyučujících na základní škole a základní škole praktické. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is defined by a theoretical and empirical character. Its topic is focused on the term called burnout which affects teacher's profession at the primary school.
The first part of the theoretical part is focused on the factors which can cause the beginning of a burnout. The next chapter defines the whole term burnout. The following part deals with the sources of the burnout. This chapter is closely related to the following chapter which is focused on the burnout expression. The particular phases of the burnout process are described in the following chapter. The attention is paid also to the teacher's work and the stress in this kind of profession. The last but one chapter introduces the consequences of the burnout and their influence on the teacher's work. The last part of the theoretical part describes the principles of the psychic hygiene and the tips on coping with stress.
The practical part was realized by the help of a questionnaire. The received data serve to the comparison of the appearance of the burnout expressions between the lower primary school teachers and the upper primary school teachers and also to the comparison of these expressions between the primary school teachers and the practical primary school teachers. | eng |
