| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá různými přístupy k diagnostice motivační struktury žáků. V teoretické části jsou popsány různé motivační koncepty. Cílem výzkumné části je vytvoření a validizace české verze dotazníku OMQ, deskripce jeho psychometrických vlastností, uvedení položkové analýzy a hodnocení reliability. Jsou použity metody OMQ, STAI, FKS a AMS. Výzkumný vzorek činí 660 probandů ve věku 14-15 let. | cze |
