| dc.description.abstract | Anotace
Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Zabývá se motivací žáků při učení se anglickému jazyku na druhém stupni základní školy a také všeobecnými faktory, které mají vliv na celkovou úroveň zvládnutí tohoto cizího jazyka.
V teoretické části je věnována pozornost kurikulárním dokumentům (Bílá kniha, RVP). Tyto dokumenty obsahují důležité kapitoly o výuce anglického jazyka na ZŠ. Dále jsou zde popsány základní a hlavní metody používané při výuce cizích jazyků a ke konci část je zde věnující se otázce motivace žáků ve vyučování.
K praktické části se vztahuje výzkum, který proběhl formou dotazníku a testu. Informace, které byly takto shromážděny, slouží k zjištění stavu školní angličtiny v porovnání s tím, co se dnes děti mohou naučit mimo školu a do jaké míry jim to v budoucnu pomůže ve zdokonalování a zvládnutí tohoto jazyka. | cze |

The thesis has a theoretical and empirical character. It deals with the motivation of the pupils learning the English language at the preparatory school and also with the general factors that affect the overall level of mastering this foreign language.
The first part of the theoretical part is focused on the curricular documents (White paper, system of education). These documents contain important chapters about teaching the English language at the preparatory school. The second part is about the basic and main methods of learning foreign languages. The last part describes the pupils? motivation at school.
A survey is related to the practical part. It was realized by the help of a questionnaire and a test. The received data inform us about the status of the school English in the comparison of what children can learn outside the school and how much is it important for their future improvement in the English language. | eng |
