| dc.description.abstract | Skauting je životní styl. Skauting jsou kamarádi, přátelé a společenství lidí, kteří sdílejí podobné hodnoty. Vyrůstat ve skautském oddíle znamená chopit se šance žít naplno, být aktivní a najít vlastní místo ve světě. Skauting je nabídnutá příležitost rozvíjet nejen sebe, ale i své okolí. Skauti se snaží tvořit lepší svět tím, že berou vlastní život do svých rukou. Skauting všestranně působí na rozvoj osobnosti dětí a mladých lidí, a to prostřednictvím her, zážitků, aktivit a dalších činností.
Cílem této práce je zmapovat problematiku utváření sociálního klimatu ve skautských oddílech ve vztahu ke stylu vedení skupiny.
Teoretická část nabízí obecné informace o skautingu, pedagogicko - psychologické aspekty problematiky sociálních skupin, stylů vedení skupiny a vlivů na utváření sociálního klimatu ve skupině s ohledem na specifičnost skautských oddílů.
Empirická část vykazuje styly vedení skupiny ve skautských družinách ve středisku Kalich Tábor a jaký je jejich vztah k sociálnímu klimatu v daných skautských družinách. | cze |

The aim of this work is to explore the issues shaping the social climate in scout sections in relation to the leadership style of the group.
The theoretical part provides general information about scouting, pedagogical - psychological aspects of social groups, group leadership styles, influences on the formation of the social climate in the group with regard to the specificity of the scout groups.
