| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza spokojenosti a motivační struktury podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřen na složky motivační struktury, teoretická východiska pracovní motivace a její vztah ke spokojenosti v zaměstnání. Předmětem praktické části je analýza aktuálního stavu spokojenosti a pracovní motivace zaměstnanců na základě dotazníkového šetření ve vybrané společnosti. Ze získaných dat jsou definovány problémové aspekty a navržena opatření, jež by mohla vést k nápravě zjištěných nedostatků. | cze |
