| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení klimatu školní třídy na druhém stupni základních škol v souvislosti s právě probíhající reformou školství.
V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy - například sociální skupina, sociální role, pozice ve skupinách, klima školy, třídy. Dále jsou zde popsány determinanty klimatu třídy, aktéři klimatu, nechybí současné přístupy ke zkoumání klimatu. V závěru je vysvětleno, co je to školská reforma.
V praktické části jsou vymezeny cíle a předpoklady. Je zde blíže specifikována metoda měření i průběh měření. V závěru jsou ověřovány předpoklady. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the climate in the classroom on the second substage of the elementary school in the context of the ongoing reform of the education system.
In the theoretical section are explained basic concepts - for example social group, social roles, positions in groups, school climate, class climate. There are also described determinants of class climate, climate participants and there aren´t missing current approaches to study the class climate. The conclusion explains what is school reform.
In the practical part are defined objectives and assumptions. There are further specified measurement method and the measurement process. At the end assumptions are authenticated. | eng |
