| dc.description.abstract | Václav Švadlena, diplomová práce je složená ze dvou částí, praktické a teoretické. Teore-tická část se zabývá portrétem - jeho historii, podobami portrétní malby a postupný pře-chod od malby k fotografii. Součást teoretické práce jsou kapitoly věnované autorům: Francisco de Goya a Alberto Giacometti. Praktická část obsahuje soubor skic ve formě autorské knihy obsahující zkoumání rodinných genetických znaků doplněno cyklem - tetraptychem velkoplošných kreseb portrétů. Cíl: seznámení s fenoménem portrétu, vytvoření autorské knihy skic a cyklu velkoplošných kreseb - rodinných portrétů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Václav Švadlena, thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with the portrait its history, forms of portraiture and the gradual transition from painting to photography. The theoretical work contains chapters devoted to the authors: Francisco Goya and Alberto Giacometti. The practical part contains a set of sketches in the form of artist´s books exploring family genetic markers. I tis supplemented by the cycle of portraits the tetraptych of large-scale drawings.
