| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma být a vlastnit v konkrétních dílech Johna
Fowlese. Cílem práce je analýza literárního existencialismu v díle tohoto významného britského prozaika. Práce se zabývá především prvním Fowlesovým románem Sběratel (The Collector) v návaznosti na tématiku moci peněz a otázek lidské svobody fyzické i mentální. Práce dále konfrontuje Fowlesovu esejistickou tvorbu s románem Sběratel a zaměří se zejména na sbírku soukromé filosofie The Aristos a Fowlesovy eseje o přírodě Seeing Nature Whole, The Tree, The Enigma of Stonehenge. | cze |
