| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce je ?Problematika informovanosti studentů bakalářských a magisterských oborů Výchovy ke zdraví o nozokomiálních infekcích na Jihočeské univerzitě v Českých Budějovicích.? Jedná se o téma velmi aktuální, neboť nozokomiální infekce představují globální ekonomický a klinický problém nejen současnosti, ale i budoucnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je podrobněji objasněna problematika nozokomiálních infekcí, epidemického procesu, původců těchto infekcí, hygieny rukou, prevence, výchovy ke zdraví, zdravého životního stylu, imunity a možnostech podpory imunitního systému. V praktické části popisuji výzkumný problém, formuluji zde hypotézu, výběrový soubor a použité statistické metody pro výzkumné šetření.
Cílem práce bylo zjistit informovanost studentů bakalářských a magisterských oborů VKZ na JU v Českých Budějovicích o nozokomiálních infekcích. Snažím se porovnat tyto vědomosti vzhledem k oboru, v jakém působí, věku, vzdělání, zjišťuji u respondentů možné způsoby prevence a vlastní ochranu proti nozokomiálním infekcím i subjektivní vnímání dostatku informací o této problematice. Pro získání dat potřebných pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byla použita základní technika sběru dat: dotazníkové šetření v cílové skupině. Byly využity základní statistické metody vhodné pro analýzu kategoriálních dat. Pro lepší interpretaci jsou tyto výsledky zachyceny prostřednictvím výsečových a sloupcových grafů.
Testování hlavní hypotézy a pracovních hypotéz jsou statisticky zpracované pomocí klasického 2 ? -testu. V případě, že byly porušeny předpoklady pro korektní použití
tohoto testu, byl použit tzv. Fisherův faktoriálový (exaktní) test. Výsledky testování jsou interpretovány na hladině významnosti , tedy s 95 % spolehlivostí.
Ve své diplomové práci jsem si stanovila hypotézu: ?Lepší znalosti budou mít studenti, jejichž středoškolské vzdělání souviselo s problematikou zdravotnictví?. Výsledkem byly potvrzeny lepší znalosti těchto studentů na rozdíl od ostatních škol, ale tento rozdíl nebyl statisticky významný. Z celkového šetření vyplynulo, že studenti znají správnou definici nozokomiální infekce, ale mají značné mezery ve vědomostech ohledně možné ochrany, v prevenci proti nozokomiálním infekcím a sami subjektivně vnímají nedostatečné množství informací spojené s nozokomiálními infekcemi.
Tato práce by měla vést k zamyšlení nad touto problematikou a ke změně přístupu v péči o své zdraví a zdraví ostatních i nad možností dalšího vzdělávání. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Thesis deals with ?the issue of awareness of nosocomial infections from undergraduate students of Bachelor and Master degree from Health education field at the University of South Bohemia in the Czech Budejovice.? This is very timely topic as nosocomial infections are a global economic and clinical problem not only for the present time but also for the future. Thesis is divided into two parts. Details of nosocomial infections, epidemic processes, agents of these infections, hand hygiene, prevention, health education, healthy lifestyle, immunity and support options for immune system are described in the theoretical part. The practical part describes the research problem, formulates hypothesis and shows statistical methods for research.
The aim of this thesis was to find out the awareness of nosocomial infections from students of Bachelor and Master degree of VKZ at JU in the Czech Budejovice. Further I tried to compare this knowledge with respect to the age, education and field in which they act. I am trying to find out the possible way of prevention, personal protection against nosocomial infections moreover subjective perception of information related to this problem from respondents. I used the basic way of collecting data for achievement the given aim such as questionnaire in the aim group. There were used basic statistical methods suitable for analysis of categorical data. These results are illustrated in pie chart and bar chart for better interpretation.
Test of the main hypothesis and working hypotheses are statistically made by 2 ?
test.
There was used Fisher factorial test in case there would be break prerequisite for correct usage of the previous test. The results of these tests are interpreted on the base of , with 95 % of reliability.
I set this hypothesis in my thesis: ? Better knowledge will have students whose high school education was connected with the problems of health care. ? The result shows
better knowledge for these students than for students from other high school however this difference was not statistically important. From all tests was found out that all students know the right definition of nosocomial infection however they have significantly less information related to the prevention against nosocomial infection.
This thesis should give us food for thought about this problem and should change the attention to the health and the health of others and the possibility of further education. | eng |
